I started my career in the conveyancing industry in 2005 as a settlements officer working for one of the big 4 banks in Melbourne. I was then trained as a mortgage processing officer where I got to approve matters for settlement by ensuring all contracts, transfers of land and funds were in order prior to going out for settlement, over the years I broadened my skills and knowledge by studying conveyancing at RMIT University where I obtained my advanced diploma, this helped me find a job working for a local conveyancer until I decided to apply for my license and start my own conveyancing business. The reason I have been able to stay in this industry for so long is that I have always enjoyed working with like-minded professionals who strive to ensure that their client is provided with the best advice and attention to detail on their matter as we understand that buying and selling a property can be a very emotional time for our clients.
